Frequently asked questions
Your photos, explained
How do I find my race photos?
Open the shop, choose your race, then type in your bib number: every photo where it was read is shown. On indexed races, a selfie works too (facial recognition). You can also filter by time of passage or show photos where the bib couldn’t be read.
How much does a photo cost?
Photo HD: €5.00 per photo (€4.00 from 2 photos, €3.00 from 3 photos). Tirage 15x10 + numérique: €10.00 per photo (€8.00 from 2 photos, €6.00 from 3 photos). Pack dossard : toutes vos photos: €29.00. Prices include VAT, secure payment by Stripe.
How do I receive the photos I buy?
The HD files, without a watermark, can be downloaded as soon as you’ve paid from your “My orders” area, and are also sent to you by email. Paper and aluminium prints are sent by post, shipping included.
Is my selfie kept?
No. Selfie search asks for your consent; the image is compared with the faces from the race and then forgotten, it is never stored. Full details are in the privacy policy.
